Letter no.2

Z tech ordered your company to design 100 softwares. As per commitment, your software company designed the 100 softwares and delivered to Z Tech. Unfortunately, due to somehow reason, Z tech could not pay your money on time. Now, you will write a letter to Z tech reminding them the non-payment of funds for 100 softwares illustrating about your company's financial crisis as well as requesting them to please pay your funds as soon as possible.

Subject: Non- Payment Of 100 Softwares delivered To Z Tech

Respected Mr. Khalid

                        Arslan Khan Software House             is a well known software developing organization working for more than two years in Lahore. As far as, the purpose of writing this letter is concerned, I want to discuss a very important issue which is cited above in the subject line.

                        Last month (15^thJan 2016) our Software House received an email of designing one hundred (100)  softwares from Z Tech. As per commitment, the delivery of 100 softwares was shipped on 25^th Jan 2016. The cost of 100 softwares was U.S $200000 including the installation of softwares. The fifty percent of the payment was paid before the delivery of 100 softwares whereas; rest of fifty percent was committed to be paid on 20^th Feb 2016. Unfortunately, nine days have passed but the payment has not been deposited to the official account of Arslan Khan Software House.

Our company is suffering from financial crisis due to which we are unable to pay our employees their salaries. This is a very critical situation for the organization. I shall be grateful to you if you pay attention to our request and pay our funds till 5^th March 2016.
