You are the sales manager of Albert Computer Systems Corporation. Z Tech International ordered you three hundred computers systems that you delivered one month before. Unfortunately, as per order fifty computer systems got damaged during shipment. You have to write an apology letter to the Sales Manager of Z Tech International for the damaging of computer systems and assuring that you have delivered the shipment for the replacement of fifty computer systems.

Respected Mr. Khurram

                        Abrar Computer Systems Corporation has been designing computer systems for more than five years but never came across a dreadful experience which occurred last month on 9^th February when our organization received an official letter from Z Tech International on 12^th February 2016 that out of three hundred computers, fifty computer systems were damaged .

                         After the investigation of two weeks, we came to a conclusion that due to negligence of our project manager this all incident occurred. Firstly, the organization apologizes for this distressful incident. Since, it has left great consequences on the organization. Lastly, we have also delivered the shipment for replacement of fifty damaged computer systems as per requested by Z Tech International on 3^rd March 2016.

                        I hope that you will accept the apology of the organization. We will have great business relations in the near future. Thank you for your consideration.
