                        It is stated that Pakistan International Airlines is one of the most renowned Airline for Pakistan operating since 1955. The purpose of writing this official letter to you is cited above in the subject line.

                        Last week, I came across historic news that you are touring Pakistan for the first time on 7^th March, 2016. Pakistan International Airlines and Etihad Airways have been coalition partners in the early 2000’s. Moreover, Pakistan and United Arab Emirates have been strategic friends for more than forty years. So, therefore, I invite you (President Eithad Airways) for a formal one on one meeting with me (CEO of Pakistan International Airlines) on 9^th March 2016 at 3 pm at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi. The agenda of the meeting will be bilateral strategy between the two Airlines.

                        I shall be grateful to you for accepting my invitation. It will be a great gesture delivered to International media. I shall be waiting for your acceptance letter till 3^rd March 2016 so that further arrangements can be performed.
