Subject: Gaining A Project For Your Software House

Respected Mr Nasir
Umair Khan Software House has been in the race of developing softwares for more than twenty years. Our main office is in Lahore. The purpose of writing this official letter to you is that I wanted to discuss important information which is cited above in the subject line.
Last week, I visited an advertiseent on social media (Facebook) where it was stated that your company required one thousand softwares for Closed Circuit TVs. As, the probability of terrorism is increasing nowadays, the quality of softwares should also be according to the international standards. Our Software House recently developed five hundred softwares for Closed Circuit TVs to Bahria Town Lahore which was a mega success for our organization. The softwares contained an advanced tracking system. The softwares also contained tag and track system which means that when a suspect enters your organization the main CCTV will capture the image of the suspect and tag to other cameras activated at unique destinations in your organization.
Therefore, it is my humble request to you to please issue the tender of the project to our Software House so that we can enhance the security standards of your organization. As far as the cost of the project is concerned its seven million dollars including the installation of softwares. I shall be grateful to you for your consideration.
 Yours Respectful
Muhammad Arslan Khan
